Character Assassination of Manny Pacquiao

Last week, Manny Pacquiao sparked debates on-line between his supporters and the PC brigade (a combination of the LGBT community, Atheist militants, and hypocritical liberals). In an interview, the eight-time world boxing champion was asked about his opinion on same sex marriage and he said:
“It’s common sense, will you see any animals where male is to male and female is to female? The animals are better. They know how to distinguish male from female. If we approve male on male, female on female then man is worse than animals.”
That statement causes outrage around the world especially with the last part, "worse than animals." He didn't specifically said, "gay people" are worse than animals. . . he said, H-U-M-A-N-S are worse than animals. (It's kinda true, we humans are slowly destroying the planet environmentally, economically, socially, and politically.)

Gay personalities and bandwagoning local B-list celebrities quickly condemned the boxing legend. Even basketball legend Magic Johnson himself joined the fray. The biggest one was of course, when he was basically disown by his promoter, Bob Arum, who after making a lot of money off his name, lauded Nike for dropping him off as one of their endorsers. Speaking of Nike, an attention-seeking idiot started an internet petition to drop Manny Pacquiao and though, the local media lauded him, I don't think it would be wise for him to go home to the Philippines soon especially when some of Pacquiao’s supporters are uneducated and the only way for them to deal with people that they don't understand is violence.

Anyway, it was recently revealed that his words were intentionally taken out of context by a manipulating media and has been spread around the world.

Here is the full interview:

The media, in this case TV5, intentionally excluded the last part of his interview to advance their own agenda:
“But I am not condemning…. I am not condemning them, just the marriage, committing sin against God”
What TV5 did was a classic example of character assassination or media demonization/dehumanization. They manipulate public opinion in order to advance their own agenda and in most cases, especially in the West, at the request of powerful figures from the government and/or the rich elites. In the United States, the mass media demonized Saddam Hussein and his "Weapons of Mass Destruction" swaying public opinion and support eventually leading to the invasion of Iraq. More recently, Vladimir Putin and his Russia were being portrayed as the villains whenever the West fucked up something in Eastern Europe or the Middle East, and of course, just about any public figure who are not liberal in America, gets the same treatment by the liberal mass media. In Pacquiao’s case, on the other hand, is the chance for a third-rate media outlet to not only attract click-baits, comments, and likes from the social media but also to promote their liberal agenda to a family-centered Filipino culture.

TV5 just like most of the Philippine mainstream news media (from ABS-CBN to GMA), is copy-and-paste and yellow journalism rolled into one. Exaggerations of news events, manipulating public opinions, promoting propaganda, scandalmongering, gossips and sensationalism, poor research, and biased polls/surveys.

Speaking of yellow journalism, I’m not talking about those yellowtard army and their Aquino cult, though they are just as much the same. Yellow journalism is a type of journalism that presents little or no legitimate well-researched news and instead uses eye-catching headlines to sell more newspapers. Techniques may include exaggerations of news events, scandal-mongering, or sensationalism.

Manny Pacquiao should sue TV5 . . .  simple as that.

Anyway, in the end, Pacquiao stood up for his faith and whether he’s going to win a senatorial seat or not, he has done more for the country than most of his critics. The rest of the world can fuck themselves and as for those Filipino wannabe geniuses who was quick to judge Pacquiao, you’re just a bunch of idiot liberals who ask for tolerance but couldn’t tolerate other people’s opinion. Hypocrite! Double Standard Hypocrisy! Banana Republic! It’s More Fun in the Philippines!

Freedom of Speech is one of the most fundamentals of human rights but that doesn’t mean freedom of speech only apply to the people you agree with . . .  And this goes to every reader out there . . .  Christians, Muslims, Atheists, Conservatives, Libertarians, Liberals, Socialists, Heterosexuals, Homosexuals, Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Carnivores, Vegans, Rich, Poor, Youngsters and Oldies.
